Our Hatha yoga classes tailored to everyone. Through the physical practice of movements and postures, breathing and mindfulness we bring a sense of balance and well-being to ourselves. Yoga helps you connect your mind, body and breath, it allows you to be in the present moment, destress, have a good stretch and gives you the opportunity to relax. We also have give you a chance to quieten you mind which helps to reduce stress and anxiety. Breathe + Stretch + Move + Relax + Meet other like minded people

Initially I practiced yoga for the physical benefits, the postures (asanas.) I loved the sensation of stretching, lengthening, toning and strengthening my muscles through the asana practice. The more I practice the more I discovered on the mat about myself and the importance of breathe. Yoga intrigued me; every time I come to the mat I learnt something new and different both physically and mentally.

I registered to train to become a yoga teacher and qualified with my 200 hours Hatha yoga teacher training qualification in 2010. I trained with Allie Hill, Toni Roberts and Sharon Smillie from Yoga Haven.

I registered with Clare Maddalena’s company Lushtums in 2016. Lushtums specialise in prenatal, postnatal and baby yoga. I have gained some amazing knowledge and insight into the good practice of teacher prenatal yoga and the positive changes we can make to mums-to-be.

Yoga is my life and I am extremely passionate about all the benefits.

I am looking forward to meeting you all on the mat soon.
